Came here solely for the tower which is 9 euros. You have to climb 58 steps up to the third floor where the lift starts. The view is ok but I think I preferred the one from Stalin’s Birthday Cake as..... more

Fantastic views, I went in the evening and caught the sunset, a highly recommended to anyone who is willing to part with €9 to take a unique look of the city
