Benghazi Zoo or Al Fuwayhat (est. 1956) is a zoo and tourist park in the city of Benghazi, Libya. In 1991, Italian firm Cairtieri Trieste signed a $2 million contract to supply a low draught boat named Al-Berka to give tourist excursions on the lagoon inside the park.

this place is one of Benghazi icons. it works as both .. a zoo .. and an amusement park it bit crowded during weekends but it worth it

Good place, but need lots of work, the staff need intesive traning on how to run and mange the place Security staff are rude, and need to behave more The animals need more care, and to be fed properly
