Dive into Cenote Hubiku and swim in waters beneath the earth's surface. A Mayan village surrounds this large cenote, which you may first explore before taking a dip. Consider renting life jackets and towels in the village if you need them. Be prepared, as the water stays cold. After your experience, you can find a buffet lunch adjacent to the cenote; tequila is made next to the cenote as well. To visit Cenote Hubiku on your trip to Temozon, use our Temozon trip planner.

  • We booked a tour and this was the first stop. They left us in the gift shop for 25 minutes while they "checked us in" this was a marketing ploy to get us to shop but didn't leave any time to eat...

  • This was the first Cenote we visited on our trip to Cancun and it was probably the coolest one we went to. It's almost completely enclosed and the water is super deep. It was definitely colder than other Cenotes but it's worth the cold. I'd suggest bringing a towel with you.you can rent a locker for $1. And you can rent a life jacket if you want to. It's not super necessary but it definitely let's you swim in the Cenote much easier. You have to shower beforehand and then walk down a bunch of steps. Bring flip flops or sandals. We forgot to and ended up walking barefoot all the way down. Walking barefoot wasn't terrible but flip flips would be nice
  • It was good place and worth to take a dip in the water. The floor is slippery so i would recommend to watch the step carefully. The taquelia tasting is really nice. There is also a place for chocolate and honey tasting and i would definitely say its worth buying. It was really delicious.
