Oct 2022 • Solo Every aspect of the journey was thoughtful. Getting to this oasis near the top of world is well worth it. My arrival at 4AM was met with charm and grace. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. My private room is spacious, and the showers are great. Everything you need and didn’t know you needed is facilitated by Birem and wife Kriti who leads the yoga instructions and coordinates the other services offered. This is a family business where they all coordinate care and feeding of their guests/students. The food is fresh, healthy, tasty, and vegetarian with spicy options available. The instruction is amazing. When you get up in the morning and entire horizon is filled with the snow capped Himalayas, your day is off to an inspired beginning. The sense of caring and sharing permeates the air, and leads to harmony and hilarity as the personalities of the participants emerge. People are here from all over the globe. It is truly a magical experience. It is quiet and peaceful, and yet Kathmandu and all it has to offer is a reasonably priced cab ride away. Every reason to take your yoga training here, and for me, no reason not to.
