Most beautiful temple I've ever visited. Environment is very clean proper maintenance of garden, trees, structures. The environment is so peaceful that one can forget all his/her sorrows. The stups were preserved in a mannered way. The birth place of Buddha was properly marked inside of the temple. Many people from around the world especially China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, come to visit this Buddhist temple from around the world. Absolutely beautiful and fantastic temple. For the people living in Kathmandu its a heaven.

Beautiful temple and surroundings. A lot of work is in progress, so it'll only get better with time. But, that's not what it is about. No matter what religion you follow, you just get that tingling sensation and vibe in here, not just inside the temple but also in it's vicinity. Much more to feel than to see. A must visit place.
