Pleasant to walk along and take in the sea air. As we went in quiet season, only a few restaurants were open but it was lovely and peaceful. Plenty of free parking.

We stayed in Alvor for 13 days and went on this boardwalk almost every day. We saw so many different species of birds! The beach is amazing: long and beautiful and void of humans in February!
