The view is nice but the place looks abandoned plus run down building right next the viewpoint.. could be so much better, such a pity 😕

Contrary to the capital, Porto doesn't have so much Miradouros, but this one is just perfect. It is set some 10 min walking downhill from the famous Clerigos tower and Church. Therefore, no need to climb the tower, pay for it and wait in lines. Miradouro da Vitoria is a wide plateau and there're no crowds and is of course free.
