    You can't miss it if you come to Sao Tomè. It can be see from the road at a certain distance (getting close is very difficult!), often covered by clouds-

    Pico Cao Grande is quite a unique landmark! I enjoyed the drive to the south of the island as well as the amazing view of the Pico. There is no way you can miss it, just keep driving south until you see it. Luckily, the roads are empty enough that you can always stop and take some great photos.
