For those who want to hike without experiencing a rugged terrain should visit this 10km trail. Trail connects Mount Faber and West Coast. Great vantage points of the city and the Southern Islands.

17 May 2022: Amazing experience to walk above the trees, the smell of fresh air and also listening to birds chirping. Best timing to go would be early morning and the walk at the elevated Forest Walk is not too tough but remember to go at your own pace.

Beautiful hike and great views on the trail! I did the 10 km hike, which I found to be only a little over 5 km. However, it was nice walking on pavement instead of a dirt road, and the inclination made it more fun. I also loved walking on the canopy path for a while.

Message from Singapore Tourism Board
A trek along The Southern Ridges brings visitors to five other parks - Mount Faber Park, Telok Blangah Hill Park, HortPark, Kent Ridge Park and the Labrador Nature Reserve. Spread over 10km of green and open spaces, a hike through The Southern Ridges takes visitors to five local parks which are linked by park connectors. As part of the journey, travellers cross bridges through the Adinandra Belukar, a distinct secondary forest, and can observe a variety of birds. Henderson Waves is another highlight of the walk. Its Singapore’s highest pedestrian bridge is a marvel during nightfall - it is illuminated with LED lighting. Trekkers can enjoy panoramic views of lush greenery, sights and sounds of wildlife.
