  • We arrived at the Soju Museum to find that it also is a Traditional Food Museum . Outside is a car park and a sign next to an old still for producing the soju. The exhibits show how the soju is made.....  more

  • We had a great experience at the Soju museum. Although small there is loads to look at and the lovely lady who owns it took us around and gave us a tour, explaining all of the exhibits with excellent English. We even got a free taster at the end, which is strong! Would definitely recommend to anybody going to Andong, even if you don't speak fluent Korean.
  • 2.5/5 Remarks 1st; *If you know Korean, you get more out of it than as a non-speaker **It might really depend on the day of visit. Some other review mentioned some lady guiding the two tourists around and then it seems nice. The traditional food section has some explanation in English, so you can have an idea about it. The soyu section, nevertheless did not have any written explanation in English. It is a free museum and there is a free shot of soyu. So even while it is definitely not my taste, it is an opportunity to try.
