Bask alongside calm blue waters in seclusion, as Colombier Beach offers a white sand landscape with a quiet alternative compared to nearby beaches. The bay is only accessible by boat or on foot. The walk takes about 30 minutes and travels along a rugged goat path while featuring stunning views of the island. Dive in the coral-filled water and snorkel among the abundance of diverse marine life. Shady palm trees provide a respite where you can gaze over the water and watch the few private boats that come and go. Pack drinks and snacks, as there are no services in this area. • Great hike but make sure you start going back from beach at sunset as forest hike is dark later. Great place that locals go to get a amazing private beach. Its a long walk up and done.
  • Our family started the hike on the Oceanside trail (following the cliffs). Everything was manageable for 3/4 of the trail, but the last 1/4 was too challenging for my parents (60s) and they had to turn around. It got very narrow and required some bouldering without any protection if you slipped. They were nervous because of the threat of rain (wet trails) and it was also very very windy. My husband and I continued and were rewarded with a beautiful, secluded beach. The hike (in my opinion) is worth it, but you should be self aware of your physical ability and comfort with heights.
