Head 985 m (3,232 ft) high as you climb Nevis Peak Hike and reward a difficult hike with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, Atlantic Ocean, and a carpet of lush green rainforest below. Climb up through a dry humid forest at lower levels, followed by a rainforest, and finally a cloud forest toward the top. Keep an eye out for local animal life such as red-necked pigeons, bridled quail-doves, and African green vervet monkeys as you ascend. Visitors should bring plenty of food, water, and navigation equipment, and are also encouraged to hire a guide. Nevis the sister island to St kitts in the Caribbean is very much worth visiting. There are lots to see and do but a hike to the Nevis Peak is a + 👍
