Brisbane to Hobart is an approximately 4.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and ferry; or do a combination of train, ferry, and bus. Plan for a bit cooler temperatures traveling from Brisbane in October, with highs in Hobart at 20°C and lows at 9°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 6th (Wed) so you can go by car to Eaglehawk Neck.
