Traveling from Sharjah in February, things will get little chillier in Kathmandu: highs are around 26°C and lows about 7°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 23rd (Thu) early enough to travel to Sauraha.

Fly from Lumbini to Pokhara in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of bus and car. February in Pokhara sees daily highs of 26°C and lows of 13°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Thu) to allow enough time to fly to Gorkha.
