One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.
Start off your visit on the 26th (Wed): take a stroll through Myeongdong Shopping Street, then enjoy breathtaking views from N Seoul Tower, and then take an in-depth tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace. The country's second city, Busan has often been referred to as South Korea's summer capital.
Take a break from Busan with a short trip to Beopgi Fountainhead in Yangsan, about 48 minutes away. The adventure continues: enjoy the sand and surf at Haeundae Beach, get great views at Taejongdae, browse the eclectic array of goods at Jagalchi Market, and get outside with Gwangalli Beach.

Expect a bit warmer weather when traveling from Seoul in October: highs in Busan hover around 26°C, while lows dip to 15°C. You will have some time to spend on the 31st (Mon) before leaving for Jeju.
