The third-largest city in the country, Incheon combines history and culture in an interesting whole.

Jeonju — 2 nights

If you're a gastronomy enthusiast, you should consider a trip to Jeonju, a city hailed for its cuisine and food festivals.
Kick off your visit on the 29th (Sat): take an in-depth tour of Donghak Revolution Memorial Hall, steep yourself in history at Omokdae and Imokdae, then don't miss a visit to Jeonju Hanok Village, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of Jeondong Catholic Church. On the next day, steep yourself in history at Pungnammun Gate, then contemplate the long history of Gyeonggijeon Shrine, and then see the interesting displays at Royal Portrait Museum.

You can drive from Incheon to Jeonju in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of subway and train; or take a bus. One of the most popular tourist destinations in the Republic of Korea, Gyeongju combines a rich cultural heritage with mountain and coastal scenery.
Venture out of the city with trips to Daegu (Gukchaebosang Memorial Park & Seomun Market). The adventure continues: contemplate the long history of Bulguksa Temple, examine the collection at Gyeongju National Museum, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Gyeongju Hyanggyo, and pause for some photo ops at Seokguram.

You can drive from Busan to Gyeongju in 1.5 hours. Other options are to take a bus; or take a train. Traveling from Busan in November, expect nights in Gyeongju to be about the same, around 8°C, while days are slightly colder, around 10°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 7th (Mon) so you can catch the flight to Seoul.
