Kyrenia — 1 night

Famous for its natural port and Byzantine castle, Kyrenia is not only a lovely old Venetian town, but also the most visited tourist destination in Northern Cyprus.
Kick off your visit on the 10th (Thu): take an in-depth tour of Ancient Shipwreck Museum and then explore the activities along Kyrenia Harbour. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: contemplate the long history of Bellapais Monastery, then explore the historical opulence of Saint Hilarion Castle, then explore the historical opulence of Kyrenia Castle, and finally make a trip to Agha Cafar Pasha Mosque.

Just east of the capital sits Famagusta, an ancient port city with archaeological attractions, as well as an abandoned quarter that is popular among tourists as a symbol of the conflict between Turks and Greeks.
Kick off your visit on the 12th (Sat): admire the landmark architecture of Salamis Ancient City, then steep yourself in history at Famagusta City Walls, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque, and finally see a world frozen in time at Ghost Town Varosha. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 13th (Sun): admire the landmark architecture of Monastery of Apostolos Varnavas, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at St Barnabas Monastery and Icon Museum, then explore the historical opulence of Othello Castle, and finally contemplate the long history of Sea Gate.
