The second largest city in Cyprus, Limassol attracts locals and tourists alike with its sun and sea.
You'll get in some beach time at Kourion Beach and Lady's Mile Beach. Your inner history buff will appreciate The House of Dionysus and Panagia Chrysopolitissa Church. Venture out of the city with trips to Edro III Shipwreck (in Peyia), Paphos (Kings Avenue Mall, St. Georgios Church, Basilica & Rock Tombs, &more) and Barefoot Designs (in Pissouri). There's much more to do: look for all kinds of wild species at Wildlife Areas, let the kids burn off some steam at Bubble Park, enjoy the sand and surf at Pissouri Beach, and see the interesting displays at Oleastro Olive Park and Museum.

Ayia Napa to Limassol City is an approximately 1.5-hour car ride. You can also take a bus. In July, daily temperatures in Limassol City can reach 36°C, while at night they dip to 26°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 12th (Mon) to allow enough time to drive to Latchi.
