The main town on the largest of Korea's islands, Jeju, has a volcanic landscape protected by UNESCO. The World Heritage-listed volcanic island includes the country's highest peak, sets of impressive lava tubes and columns, and several crater lakes.
Do your shopping at Dongmun Market and Arario Museum Tapdong Cinema. Museum-lovers will get to explore O’sulloc Tea Museum and Angel and Woodcutter Museum. Cairo, Egypt to Jeju is an approximately 17-hour flight. The time zone difference when traveling from Cairo to Jeju is 7 hours. Traveling from Cairo in October, expect nights in Jeju to be about the same, around 23°C, while days are little chillier, around 24°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 13th (Thu) early enough to catch the flight to Suncheon.

Establishing a name for itself as "Korea's Ecological Capital," Suncheon sits nestled on the southwest coastline of the Korean peninsula, a haven of scenic beauty.
Get some cultural insight at Hwaeomsa Temple and Jinjuseong. Unjusa and Saseongam Temple 四聖庵 will appeal to history buffs. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Suncheon: House N Garden (in Namhae-gun), Gwangju (Mudeungsan Jeungsimsa Temple & U.Square Cultural Center) and Gwanghallu Pavilion (in Namwon). Plan for little chillier nights when traveling from Jeju in October since evenings lows in Suncheon dip to 16°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 18th (Tue) so you can go by car to Busan.

The country's second city, Busan has often been referred to as South Korea's summer capital.
