Though Ayia Napa boasts archaeological sites and the largest water park in Europe, the city is best known as a party hub.

Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Ayia Thekla Beach and Cape Greco. Explore Ayia Napa's surroundings by going to Nicosia (A. G. Leventis Gallery, Room Escape Games, &more), Famagusta (Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque & Othello Castle) and Ancient Shipwreck Museum (in Kyrenia). There's much more to do: take a leisurely stroll along Protaras Coastal Promenade, make a trip to Agioi Anargyroi, kick back and relax at Green Bay, and steep yourself in history at Zenobia Wreck.
