The time zone difference moving from Turkey Time (TRT) to Eastern European Standard Time (EET) is minus 1 hour. Traveling from Izmir in February, Sofia is little chillier at night with lows of 0°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 22nd (Wed) early enough to drive to Plovdiv.

On the 23rd (Thu), steep yourself in history at Plovdiv Roman Theatre, then don't miss a visit to Plovdiv Old Town, and then walk around Park Tsar Simeon.
