Pearl of the North

Surrounded by pristine nature, the scenic village of Geiranger serves as a gateway to some of Norway's most famous landscapes.
Kick off your visit on the 16th (Thu): contemplate the waterfront views at Geiranger Fjord. Keep things going the next day: don't miss a visit to Fossevandring Geiranger and then take some stellar pictures from Geiranger Skywalk - Dalsnibba.

For maps and more tourist information, refer to the Geiranger trip itinerary maker website.

If you are flying in from Denmark, the closest major aiport is Ålesund Airport. In June, plan for daily highs up to 18°C, and evening lows to 9°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 18th (Sat) early enough to travel to Bergen.
