One of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the country, Tucson is a city on a cultural crossroads, with European, Native American, Mexican, and Asian residents blending and sometimes conflicting with one another.
You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Sabino Canyon and Mission San Xavier del Bac. Go for a jaunt from Tucson to Oracle to see Biosphere 2 about 58 minutes away. There's much more to do: get a new perspective on nature at Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, take a memorable drive along Mt. Lemmon Scenic Byway, see the interesting displays at Pima Air and Space Museum, and stroll around Tohono Chul.
