Ras Al Khaimah — 7 nights

Rising Emirate

Nicknamed "the Rising Emirate," Ras Al Khaimah may be an unfamiliar name to many tourists, but has been tipped as the next Dubai thanks to its steady development (along with the rest of the U.A.E.) of luxury resorts, retail districts, and shopping malls.
You'll discover tucked-away gems like Khor Fakkan Beach and Al Sawan Camel Track. Do some cultural sightseeing at Al Hayl Castle and Sheikh Zayed Mosque - Fujairah. Venture out of the city with trips to Masafi Fort (in Masafi), Fujairah (Fujairah Museum & Soolyman Sportfishing) and Al Badiyah Mosque (in Al Badiyah). There's lots more to do: scramble along the landscape with a canyoning and rapelling tour, pick up some local products at Fish Market, mingle with the ghosts of the past at The Ghost Town of Ras Al Khaimah, and take in the awesome beauty at Jabal Bil Ays.
