Love this shop. Full of interesting items and gifts. As soon as I hear new stock has arrived, I go for a visit and always come away with lovely items. Especially at Christmas.

First things first, Grumpy George is far from grumpy. In fact, he's a helpful, jolly fellow who clearly loves what he does... which primarily is to take some really beautiful photographs of the Isle of Skye, either for sale directly from his shop or via his website. The shop also includes a good selection of gifts, and is a great place to spend some time while visiting Skye or just waiting for the ferry. George is always happy to talk about photography and the best places to see the islands, and you might even get to meet one of his parrots!

The owner is a photographer - he's a fabulous, interesting character with lots of stories and happy to have time for a cheery chat with his customers. Not grumpy at all!
