We had a fantastic time in our wee river bed. The basket breakfast was the most delightful touch and a highlight of our morning. The homemade baked goods were soft, fluffy, and scrumptious down to the last bite! It was so exciting to wake up and open the basket as if it were a gift to unwrap. The accommodations were a fun escape from traditional style lodging. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They assisted with our needs swiftly and with a smile. The private hot tub was the perfect way to unwind from a busy day, providing rest and relaxation with euphonious sounds from the babbling brook and birds. We enjoyed our activity day with the E-bikes, archery, and laser “clay pigeon” shooting. Chris was an excellent instructor who felt more like a friend during our two hour time slot. He provided us with history and information about the land and Scotland itself, and recommended places to go for dinner and sights to see. We were sad our time had come to an end but would, without a doubt, come back again to the beautiful surroundings of the Woodlands.

What can say other than we had a blast. Allan and I had the lovely chris to show us the ropes and keep us safe. Chris made us feel very at ease and gave us lots of encouragement. All the activities were very well managed. I would love to go back when all of the plans for improvement are done. We went past most of the accommodation pods that looked so quaint and I would love to be able to stay in one. All in all it's a wonderful place. Thanks again Chris we really appreciated you.
