  • My partner and I visited recently - to be honest we weren’t expecting much as it is in a tiny town but we were blown away! It was very large inside and had many fascinating gemstones and minerals...

  • Interesting museum, especially if you have a child interested in crystals as we do. A bit expensive to get in but you can get your ticket validated to come back anytime within the week. The gift...

  • What a wee Gem of a place, 😁 just outside Fort William. Small treasure trove of precious gems and stones filled with fascinating facts about them. Also home to some very impressive fossil specimens. My favourite area was the glow in the dark specimens and the selection of Bismuth pieces. The wall are all handpaintined with amazing scenes of volcanoes and caves. If you buy a ticket it lasts all week so you can go back as many times as you like. There is a shop in the way out with lots of bits and bobs for you to purchase to remember your stay.
  • A really large and impressive collection. Was it bizarrely curated? Yes. But definitely had a lot of fun and learned some cool facts. 😎
