  • The drive here from just about anywhere on Skye is beautiful, and we really enjoyed seeing the weaving in action. The small gift shop had a great selection of scarves and blankets.

  • My husband and I visited the shop today and did not expect to see the workshop where Roger was working on weaving a piece. We were instantly greeted by Roger who invited us in to take a look at the loom. He was very friendly and explained a lot about the process. He was very knowledgeable about the wool and weaving process and gladly answered all of our questions. We were even able to have a go at pedalling! Behind the workshop is their shop selling their products - scarves, throws, pillows, some clothing, etc... There was a nice assortment of items and colours. Something for everyone. The prices were very reasonable - buy here and not from one of the over-priced touristy shops! Here, you get quality, nice conversation and a product created on Skye.
  • We visited today and had a really enjoyable time, watching and then attempting ourselves to pedal the loom. The shop was also fab and I couldn't resist buying some tweed to make into some cushions when I get home. Our friends from Copenhagen also enjoyed the visit. Thank you both for keeping such a wonderful craft alive.
