Half of the park was closed. The light show walk was good. There was no one manning the networx and there was a "gang" of youths disrupting it and hitting the big balls off everyone.

Nice site nestled in the forest at the foot of the cairngorms. Clean facilities and friendly helpful staff. Pine Martin bar serves food and drink all day.small shop in pub.good walks too the beach. Great views of the Loch and mountains. Small play park in the trees. 5 miles to Aviemore by road. About 9 if you follow the old loggers footpath. £15 taxi fare each way.

Very good paths and well indicated. Great hike to the summit. First kms are hard but worth the effort to see the panoramic views. From there is all down and to the small lake. We also added a lap around the Loch
