An amazing place, even on a windy, showery day. Well worth a drive out to. The views from the top are incredible so I'd recommend that route. It's a gradual climb but nothing strenuous. Good footwear advised - walking boots or wellies. Lots of muddy, slippy areas. Come prepared and it's not a problem. Well worth the entrance fee.

What a beautiful place for a walk and a unique setting. The drive was great heading there, such an isolated feeling. The place was closed, but you can still access it, and parking is plenty (donation only online) Small shop and toilet facilities when open. Easy to walk around and a number of unique places sculptures of rocks. Great view from the top. Slippery when muddy and wet so bring suitable boot or shoes Was mid afternoon on a Friday and nobody else around. Definitely worth a stop on your journey
