Large beach but not as good as hoped for. Nice if golf fan to be near the courses and nice views but have seen better beaches in Ayrshire.

Lovely clean beach. Easy to access and to get parked. My children enjoyed the beach. Especially the little ice cream stalls and watching the planes fly overhead.

Lovely beach promenade and sands. Big stretch of beach with absolutely fabulous views. The water was lovely and not to deep to enjoy a bit of paddling with the children. Plenty of shops and places to eat around the beach also, and it was not to hard to find a parking space in Troon although it was a very sunny day.

Lovely golden sands, spotlessly clean promenade, nice grassy area and little seafront alcoves with benches. Free parking. Public toilets need a bit of tlc though but still, overall it's an area worthy of 5 stars. Well worth a visit.
