  • Beautiful hiking trail. Plenty of parking. Option for taking a small boat to other side of lake $15 one way. Or hike one part of the lake, takes about 1 hour to reach the waterfall and 15 min more to the switchback to the viewpoint and then the canyons. I've seen all ages do this moderate hike. Wear good comfortable shoes and bring defensive bear 🐻 spray and bottle of water. Don't leave any food trail.
  • Beautiful area for a hike. We went on a Sunday so it was definitely busy. We took the trail to Hidden falls and back. Saw a black bear cub, a moose, marmots, and other little critters.
