Excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable. Our small group of eight were able to learn a great deal about Edith Farnsworth and Mies Van Der Rohe, and the history of the amazing glass box home.

Fascinating setting overlooking the Fox River. With many amenities for spending many an hour here along well maintained trails finding new treasures just about everywhere you look. The guided tour of the actual Farnsworth house gives insight into a rich history. It's a pity that most visitors are from far away for this truly is one of Illinois hidden gems.

We have visited a variety of Frank Lloyd Wright houses that all were very memorable, but this is a unique house. It combines great architecture with an artistic sense in a natural setting. Well worth a visit! Allow 2 hours for tour and additional viewing.
