The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Little Flower also called Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St. Thérèse Church is a historic Roman Catholic church, located in San Antonio, Texas, in the United States. The church is distinguished as one of 84 in the United States (and one of only four in the state of Texas) bearing the papal designation of "minor basilica." Blessed to have been able to visit! ❤️ Strongly recommend it. From an architectural perspective, gorgeous, worth the visit, and comparable to some of the basilicas I visited in Spain, and from a Catholic and spiritual perspective, my heart was moved.

I’ve visited at least a few times, beautiful architecture. They are still renovating & it looks better than I remember. It’s an older church so it has great arches. Even if you’re not religious, it’s a lovely place to visit to enjoy the ambiance.
