  • Party of nine. We stopped in for a drink, since our Hotel Gibbs was a couple of blocks away. I would recommend that you go. They claim it is the oldest saloon in San Antonio.

  • To start first, the restaurant is okay, not bad. If you're eating here you're coming for the atmosphere. What really makes this place shine is the museum. This museum is by far one of my favorite museums I've ever seen. So much detailed and fascinating history is covered and captured here. I'd highly recommend this museum to anyone and I'd probably come back again.
  • We love museums and couldn't pass up the chance to check this place out. I will say I was surprised at how pricey it is however there is a lot to see so it did feel like it was worth it. There's some cool Texas ranger history, and a bunch of taxidermy animals to check out! The only negative feedback I have is that there were quit a few things that were out of order or not working properly. Also, there were a lot of things that weren't labeled or explained. It would of been nice to have a description because some of the things hanging on the walls are so bizarre it would be cool to have an explanation to go with it. Overall we had fun and I'd definitely recommend checking this place out if you haven't already.
