    took a walk on a Saturday where families were picnicking, fishing, walking/hiking. The bait shop was closed (not sure if it was too early in the season or if related to closures which Covid-19)

    Lots of parking. Walked on a fairly busy Sunday. Trails had minimal elevation gain. We parked in the Loon lake lot and walked about .2 miles to the spring. It was an easy hike. We then topped it off with a mile walk around the lake. This was an easy trail with minimal elevation gain. Extremely peaceful and beautiful. Traffic picked up around 11. It became pretty busy. I recommend early mornings on weekends.
