Create an itinerary including Mỹ Sơn
Listed as a World Heritage Site, Mỹ Sơn served as a burial place for the Cham royalty and a sacred site for Hindu ceremonies. Built between the 4th and 14th centuries in a blend of architectural styles, the cluster of partially ruined tower-temples remains one of the oldest archaeological sites in the region. Inspect many types of religious stone buildings on the site, such as a brick sanctuary, gate-tower, and a house sheltering valuables offered to the deities. Inside you can find many inscriptions in Sanskrit and old Cham, which portray the ancient rulers' need to receive affirmation from the divine. • Better, than nothing, but very few buildings and they are almost entirely ruined. If you visited temples in Cambodia, better don't waste your time

  • Sanctuary has very interesting history, being found many centuries ago and being bombed during Vietnam national war. We did self guided tour and discover many interesting information. I suggest...

  • Beautiful place must visit if you are in Hoi an. It s not that big it took us 2 hours. You can take a guide not expensive at all. Once you arrive to the site, an electric car will be waiting for you ( included in the ticket price ) so you don't need to walk a lot to see this site. The guide gives important info about the historical value of the site.
  • There is a bit of walking to do in order to explore the place, the location has lots of historical temple ruins to offer and it’s beautiful. Some of the information boards were faded and hence it was difficult to read. Proper usage of sign boards could have been implemented in order to guide visitors. If you’re visiting in summer, note that it could get very hot.
