Lovely and close to beach!!! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and clean. The rooms are well appointed and nice. The breakfast table set up for us all was very nice. The decor has had attention to detail to appeal to western tastes. They will help you get things around and make recommendations. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and the restaurants nearby are good too. I suggest a few small tweaks like more umbrellas for shade during the day at the pool and a few more paving stones under the tap for washing feet. The idea of a nice big tub in our garden was nice but as it's exposed, we didn't use it... maybe a privacy screen... not sure how you'd do that.

Many places to eat, shop, take pictures, stroll at your pace. None of the merchants where pushy at storefronts. Look around before settling on one place to buy; many shops sell similar items. At night the place really takes on it known charm with all the lanterns. You have to take a lantern boat ride to the other side, even more places to snack, eat and shop. Wonderful experience during our visit. Will definitely go again!!
